Deborah Hall is a graduate from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agricultural Communications and Journalism. She started writing short stories when she was twelve years old hoping one day she would write a movie script. Her love for film pushed her towards acting, but she found herself wanting to write the story characters instead of playing them on screen. Her favorite genres to write are mystery and fantasy. She also enjoys writing songs, comedy, scripts and poetry.

I'm a sucker for an adventure romance like this one . Great anticipation throughout... the suspense wrapped around an amazing allegory kept me glued to the book. Love the Zella character & related to Joe alot!!! Out of 5 stars, I give it a 6.

Mystery! The natural and the supernatural merge in the forest. Who can tell how that will all work out? Some have good hearts and some are of the other sort and they do not necessarily show their hand as they toy with the uninitiated. But there seems to be a maximum power somewhere just beyond recognition. Perplexing like life, there is constant tension. What perhaps resides in another dimension outside the forest engages mere mortals once they set foot where the girl lives. Yes, just a girl but she has creatures, wisdom and knowledge, something lacking in the outsiders who think only in pragmatic terms. Well, 'thought' in pragmatic terms. Joe, who would use worldly cleverness to advance a project soon finds he will need more than he can muster if he would even stay alive let alone become the billionaire with all the comforts that kind of money can provide. As another page is turned we find Joe becoming less and less confident in his strength and ability and more and more part of the forest. He can't leave, he won't leave without the girl but will he survive as a man? Even Joe doesn't know until the very end. But the girl knows...!

An awesome book and I can not wait to read it again!

I really enjoyed reading this book! Once I got into it, I did not want to put it down and I read it fast, like in just a couple of days. It has romance, action and fantasy...she writes beautiful descriptions of scenery and the characters. It is like a thrill ride, so like someone said "buckle up and hold on tight for a great ride"!
