Great actionable steps to a better life

This book gave me a practical framework to start improving the quality of my decisions, and in turn the types of habits I can live by. There are plenty of examples of habits that are effective and I’m going to strive to live up to these on a daily basis! There’s so much going on unconsciously, and this guide gives you actionable steps to make conscious steps towards living a more fulfilling life. I thought I don’t have any bad habit that I should eliminate but when I read this book, I realized that I need to change a lot! Even sleeping late even without any important thing to do is a bad habit I need to change. I learned a lot from this book. I also got inspired when I knew that successful people had good habits, which made them successful. I am now ready to take my habit one-step closer to success!
