Karen Griffith, Author Karen Erwin Griffith is a former United Methodist minister, mother of four and grandmother of twelve. She is a Christian mentor and author. She and her husband, Ed, live in Idaho and have been married for 44 years. This is Karen’s 5th published book. Other titles include: My Lucky Day and The Day My Grandpa Was The Substitute Teacher. Julene Ewert, Illustrator Julene lives in Moscow, Idaho with her husband and son, two cats and a parakeet named, Pickle. She loves make-believing, especially using animals as her muse. Julene loves finding and using bits and pieces of objects from the past. She dreams of a day when old houses and trees will speak. Her art is whimsical in spirit, and expresses an honest and playful view of her world.
