Gorgeous photos and interesting facts

Since the kids had already read through (and loved) all of Kate Flower’s animal fact books, we decided to see if they would like this one as well. They loved this book and read through it within the first hour of our road trip! The pictures in this book are my favorite out of the series - some really gorgeous photos of the moon and stars. Plus I learned that a day on the moon is 708 Earth hours!

NOT FACTS! Assumptions and Dogma.

ASSUMPTIONS being passed off as FACTS. Nothing makes me MORE ANGRY then someone CLAIMING something is a FACT, when it's NOT!
You are teaching kids that ASSUMPTIONS are the same somethings as FACTS. This is WRONG! Very WRONG to do to any child.
The author CLAIMS the moon's craters were created BILLIONS of years ago. This is NOT A FACT. Nobody was around BILLIONS of years, Nobody BILLIONS of years ago watched those craters created. This is just more evolutionary dogma, NOT FACT. a
The real FACT is that much of the scientific evidence points to the universe or the moon NOT being BILLIONS of years old. The moon could NOT be BILLIONS of years old given many facts. One being the rate of recession from earth.
Given the common assumption of uniformitarianism, at the Moon's rate of recession from earth, the Oceans would have flooded earth every day just 250,000 years ago. Also, the moon would have been touching earth only 1 Billion years ago.
ANGRY? YES! DO NOT write a BOOK with the word "FACTS" in it, and then spew ASSUMPTIONS and DOGMA. This is CHILD ABUSE! Brainwashing, Indoctrination, and NOT FACTS!
