There is a great section with the water serpent

Book 2 starts getting into the second act, Orin begins training with the water guardians. There is a great section with the water serpent, showing the authors ability to describe a "fight sequence". After Water Orin moves onto the next element, and the trials here are completely different. I am glad the sections differs so much, the thought of doing the same-ish training for all elements felt like it would be redundant and boring. I am looking forward to the next book to see what Orin will go through for the next elements.
This story is an entertaining quick read. A fun story for any fantasy reader, but geared toward the younger minds. This is more The Hobbit, then it is Lord of The RIngs,
