Beautifully written and illustrated!

Dr. Camden has done an amazing job creating an avenue for children and parents who live daily life with blended families. This is a positive and well illustrated book that allows young readers to relate to the characters and feel a sense of normalcy and well being about their home life. Dr. Camden clearly calls upon her many years of experience as a child therapist working with divorced and blended families. She conveys a beautiful message that addresses the potential questions and thoughts that young children may be experiencing when their siblings leave to go to their "other home". This is a wonderful tool for therapists and lay persons alike! Thank you Dr. Camden for creating such a heartfelt book!

A must for blended families

Engaging, insightful, and approachable, this little book normalizes the experience of being a child in a blended family while also disentangling some of the most potentially confusing aspects of such a situation. The illustrations are beautiful but not so ostentatious as to detract from the narrative. With blended families becoming more and more the "norm" this book fills an absolutely vital niche, and does so masterfully.

I love Dr. camden's children's books. They are delightfully whimsical, while also addressing very important issues for children and parents. Where Do My Brother and Sister Go? is no exception. This beautifully articulated and illustrated book should be in the library of every blended family with younger "ours" children.
